A one-on-one telehealth session in a traditional 60-minute format, allowing space for deeper exploration, reflection, and meaningful discussion. As your therapy journey evolves, session length can be adjusted to meet your needs—shifting to shorter sessions when appropriate, based on your goals and circumstances.
-
A 60-minute telehealth session designed to support couples in improving communication, deepening understanding, and strengthening their relationship. Whether you’re navigating conflict, life transitions, or feeling disconnected, these sessions provide a space for both partners to feel heard, build healthier patterns, and work toward a more connected and fulfilling partnership.
-
A one-on-one telehealth session designed to accommodate busy schedules while offering a more affordable, solution-focused option for those seeking targeted support. These sessions are best suited for present-focused goals and do not include an in-depth exploration of past experiences typical of a traditional 60-minute session. As therapy progresses and your needs shift, you can move into 60-minute sessions at any time.
-
A 60-minute telehealth session focused on strengthening parent–child communication and nurturing connection during more challenging stages. In addition to supporting both parent and child, sessions offer guidance and education around child development, helping you better understand your child’s needs and set realistic, supportive expectations. I also offer personal insight and perspective in building meaningful relationships with neurodivergent children.
