Evidence-Based Psychotherapy Tailored to Your Goals
Life transitions, relationship challenges (whether with family, peers, or romantic partners), unexpected loss, and increasing responsibilities can leave you feeling anxious, uncertain, and questioning your sense of purpose. Therapy offers a supportive space to develop practical tools, build resilience, and regain balance and clarity in your life.
What you can expect from me
In our early sessions, we’ll take time to get to know what’s bringing you in and what you’re hoping for. Together, we’ll identify your goals and create a path forward that feels realistic and aligned with your needs. We might focus on current challenges, life transitions, or gently explore past patterns—always at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
Care Details
My areas of focus include anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief, immigrant experiences, women’s issues, as well as working with foster care youth. I also bring personal insight into the experience of child loss, which informs my compassionate approach when supporting individuals and families navigating grief.
